Time Flies When You Are....Not Having Fun!

I can't even believe that so much time has passed since I have written!  When all is said and done, I have lacked the motivation to do much besides work and sleep.  I have realized I am the only one who can make my motivation come back, so tomorrow morning I am starting on a new workout plan.  The good news is that I get to start off slow!  Tomorrow morning I will push a good cardio workout for 15 minutes.  Yes, 15 minutes!

With that said, I AM BACK!  I am getting back on track if it kills me!  Working out and eating better have to become priority in my life and I am ready to put those things at the top of the list.  I have a lot going on in my life (I will get to those in later blogs), but taking care of myself is super important.  Therefore, health is numero uno right now.

I can do it!  You can do it!  I will share more as I get further into this new workout routine.  The stress that has been going on lately has gotten to me, but I am going to rise above and live each day to the fullest.  Let's get to it!
